Pricing questions
What’s the difference between an AP seat and an approver seat?
An AP seat is for the people who run accounts payable day to day: reviewing invoices, managing vendors and settings, and approving. An approver seat is for people who only need to review, chat about and approve or reject the invoices assigned to them, like a department head or project lead.
What counts as an invoice?
Each supplier invoice Leveled captures and processes counts as one invoice, however many pages it has. That includes extraction, duplicate and fraud checks, matching, and the conversation about that invoice.
What are invoice packs?
If you need more invoices in a month than your plan includes, you can add packs. Starter adds packs of 25 invoices for $37.50, up to 4 packs a month. Growth adds packs of 50 invoices for $75, up to 10 packs a month.
What if I need more than my plan’s maximum?
Move up a plan. Starter handles up to 150 invoices a month and Growth up to 800. For higher volumes, talk to us about Scale.
Can I add more seats?
On Growth, you can add AP seats for $39 per seat and approver seats for $12 per seat each month. Starter includes 1 AP seat and 3 approver seats. For larger teams, Scale is sized to fit.
How does annual billing work?
Pay yearly and save 10% on your plan fee. Invoice packs and additional seats are billed monthly at their standard price.
How do I pay?
